30-day money-back guarantee for quality issues and 1-year warranty
Please inspect your item promptly upon receipt. All LampL products are covered by our 30-day return and refund guarantee starting from the date of delivery.
Please note that certain conditions apply, and not all products are eligible for return or refund.
Return Request & Processing
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect model within 30 days of delivery, please contact us immediately at info@lamplighten.com with photos and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number). We will address your issue as soon as possible.
We will verify the issue and provide the appropriate return instructions.
Return Period Validity
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a return or refund if more than 30 days have passed since the product was delivered.
All returns must be requested and confirmed via email at info@lamplighten.com. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
Returns for Non-Quality Reasons
If the return is due to non-quality-related reasons such as personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Thank you for your understanding!

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please complete the return and refund process first, then place a new order.
Delivery times for your new item may vary depending on your location.
As we operate warehouses in multiple countries, please email us at info@lamplighten.com before returning the item. We will provide the exact return address.
As lighting products are fragile, for returns over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Refund Process
Once we receive and verify your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal).
Please note that your bank or payment platform may require additional time to post the refund.

1-year warranty
We understand that sometimes products have manufacturer defects. All items come with a one-year optical warranty. Any eligible defective items purchased from Optical within one year of the product delivery date will be repaired or replaced at the company's discretion. Within one year, items still under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If you wish to report a defective item, please contact us immediately by logging into your account and filling out the claim form, or by contacting info@lamplighten.com for further assistance, and attaching the purchase order or payment record. Upon receiving your request, our after-sales specialists will contact you within 2 business days.
