Standard Shipping and Delivery
Processing time from our warehouse is 1-3 days and shipping takes approximately 2 to 15 business days depending on your location.
We know you want your order delivered as quickly and economically as possible, so our warehouse shipments are available for same day processing 7 days a week.

Shipping Methods
We use FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS, and SF International for delivery, primarily as a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) delivery service. With one-stop delivery service, LampL usually makes the goods reach you faster; if there is any special situation, LampL will communicate with you in time via info@lamplighten.com .

Shipping Prices
The minimum amount for free shipping on international orders is $89. International orders must be paid by wire transfer.

Trade Pricing
We offer privileges for high volume purchasers such as developers, contractors and distributors.

Checking Shipping Status
Please check the contents of the merchandise as soon as the package arrives. Please ensure that you receive the correct item, in good condition and without any defects.
If you do not inspect the package within a reasonable time (two days) after receipt, lamplighten.com is not responsible for any damage.
If the package and/or its contents are damaged on delivery, you can request this by contacting info@lamplighten.com.
Also you will need to provide photos of the inside and outside of the package (including shipping labels) as well as the damage.
